  1. How do I get support?
  2. Support is available via email and chat. Chat is available 9am to 5pm (Mon through Friday) Pacific Time.

  3. What is the process of getting an App Id?
  4. App Id is required to use the APIs and SDKs. Sign up to the platform by filling out this form. Once approved, we will send you an App Id with the connection details in an email.

  5. How long is the beta period?
  6. Currently, the developer platform is in beta. We plan to leave the beta period in Q3 '2018.

  7. As part of the user sign-up flow an email verification is sent out. Is there a way to customize that email?
  8. Yes. Please contact support to setup your preferred templates. You can download the currently used templates here
